Extended access appointments

Early morning and late evening telephone appointments are available throughout the week. We also offer Saturday face-to-face clinics, which are available to all patients registered within the Marsh Primary Care Network (PCN). This means your Saturday appointment may be at a different GP surgery, rather than at your usual surgery.

Urgent treatment centres

Urgent treatment centres are open every day and treat minor illnesses and injuries such as sprains, minor burns and broken bones.

Check if an urgent treatment centre is right for you and see waiting times for some via the Kent and Medway Integrated Care System website

Life threatening

Call 999 or go to A&E now if:

  • you or someone you know needs immediate help
  • you have seriously harmed yourself – for example, by taking a drug overdose

A mental health emergency should be taken as seriously as a medical emergency.

Find your nearest A&E

If you are deaf, call 999 BSL

Non-urgent

Use NHS 111 if:

  • You need help now, but it’s not an emergency

There will be someone to provide you with advice and to direct you to a clinician if it is necessary.
